Job Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  Lead the administration and optimization of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) during the migration from Data Center to Cloud.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and validate migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to users.  Customize and configure Atlassian environments to align with evolving business needs, including workflows, permission schemes, and automation rules.  Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues throughout the migration lifecycle, implementing timely resolutions.  Provide hands-on support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the cloud-based tools.  Integrate Atlassian Cloud with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring continuity and compatibility.  Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, migration steps, and best practices.  Stay current with Atlassian Cloud updates, features, and industry best practices to continuously improve the environment.
