We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed,  

Atlantic Resolve North (ARN) Mission Partner (MP) Lead and Poland Lead, SME. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AF Mission Partner the Atlantic Resolve North, located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Single point of contact for Atlantic Resolve North (ARN) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance 

Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex IT and communications systems engineering solutions for ARN, including support for transition-in 

Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, including subcontractors, assigned to the ARN services team, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance of ARN requirements 

Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet ARN requirements 

Manages complex IT and communication systems projects assigned by either the PM, MP Operations Lead, or the Government, including project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance in support of the USAREUR-AF EMITS 2 program 

Manages mission system services, including lifecycle management, engineering, integration, and sustainment of required systems and ensured connectivity 

Develops project planning schedule that addresses the strategy, logistics, and resources required to successfully complete IT and communication system projects 

Develops project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and project schedules that identify key project milestones and provides critical path information 

Manages projects in accordance with the EMITS 2 Program Management Plan, including risk and communications management, and Quality Assurance Plan 

Develops and manages a procurement strategy that processes required Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) in a timely manner and has the required export licensing and international transportation to ensure required supplies are available at the right time and right place 

Monitors, adjusts, and reports on the PP&P project portfolio performance, budget, and schedule and provides interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis 

Assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents 

Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments 

Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

Supervises a team of 34 to 48 personnel, including teams located at multiple sites in Poland and Latvia  

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI 

BA/BS +13 

Approved DoD 8140 cyber-related certification 

Possesses extensive experience managing complex IT and communications systems projects, preferably in military or government environments.  

Demonstrates strong leadership skills, capable of directing and supervising large teams across multiple sites, preferably in Poland and Latvia.  

Exhibits deep technical knowledge of IT systems engineering, lifecycle management, and integration.  

Excels at project management, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance, with particular expertise in Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and critical path analysis.  

Shows proficiency in tailoring standardized processes to meet specific program requirements and knowledge of government policies and acquisition processes.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100 - 231,100 USD
