The CLS Athletic Field Technician is responsible for the maintenance, care, and enhancement of athletic field turf and grounds, working with various tools and equipment to ensure grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a seasonal position, depending on the regional location.
Job Duties· Mow, edge, and trim grounds, including layout painting of athletic fields.
· Operate and maintain power mowers, edgers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.
· Utilize hand tools for various tasks including planting, mulching, and trimming.
· Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
· Must be at least 18 years of age to work in the field.
· Ability to complete Davey Carer Development Program (CDP) books and required safety courses upon hire.
· Ability to operate power equipment.
