Takes self-responsibility for selected projects: managing a national relevant top quality athlete’s portfolio and for using Red Bull’s global athletes. Understands athletes needs and challenges and provides useful support to the personal set up of athletes. Controls the positive impact for our brand, co-operation efficiency (input/output ratio) and challenges for outstanding athletes’ projects where appropriate.
