The Assurance Services Consultant will play a crucial role in guiding ProcessUnity clients to the next level of success by collaborating closely with them to optimize their utilization of the ProcessUnity platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative problem solving, and passion for elevating customers' experience with our product. Confident, highly self-motivated candidates capable of coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment will succeed within Customer Success and the Assurance Services team.What You'll Do:Work with clients to maintain and grow their usage of the ProcessUnity platformProvide best practice advice on issues and strategies for growth post-implementationRun weekly working sessions with clients to enable, build, and strategize on their usage of the ProcessUnity platformBuild enduring partnerships with clients, fostering their professional growthServe as an advisor and resource for customers, providing expert knowledge and guidanceBudget and manage deadlines appropriately within a set monthly allotment of hoursMaintain a consistent schedule of calls and consulting engagements with clientsPlay a visible role in client retention and growth initiatives within the organizationDesired Experience & Skills:5+ years' experience consulting Previous experience working with large, complex teams and projects preferredCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address business needsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong orientation towards process improvement and optimizing customer experiencesAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate work within a team settingEager to learn, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledgeAbility to collaborate within a team environment to support customer expansionSkillful at reverse engineering solutions and optimizing user experiencesExperience in the GRC space strongly preferredSalary range: $85,000 - $105,000 depending on level and experience
