If you have experience in risk and control management and are interested in helping businesses design and develop their control environments to manage operational risk, we want to hear from you. As a Manager, you will be involved in supporting the business in managing material risks and controls, collaborating with stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also share learnings and leverage expertise across the broader Group and industry to implement best practice controls.

Degree qualification in a related discipline, such as Finance, Commerce, Law, or Technology Be an experienced risk professional with a proven track-record in operational risk and controls, ideally within Wealth/Banking in the Financial Services Industry, and with assurance or audit experience Solid understanding of regulations and industry best practices Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels Ability to analyse the root cause of an issue and identify potential solutionsStrong communication skills both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in an agile environmentWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
