Qualifications:
CA with 6-8 years of relevant experience
Skills:
Individual contributor with good cross-functional interpersonal and influencing skills.
Proactive rather than reactive.
Organised and methodical.
Knowledge of IndAS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing & GST
Fluent Business English essential.
IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft office packages needed.
Knowledge/Experience:
Preparation of financials as per IndAS / Indian GAAP Manage statutory audit and close all the queries of statutory auditors Perform tax audits for organisation and calculating tax payments. Maintain tax regulations and ensure that organisation comply with them. Analyse and identify the impact of new tax guidelines. File income tax and reconcile tax accounts. Offer professional advice to organisation and individuals on tax matters. Prepare periodic tax reports which may be annual, quarterly, or monthly. Reviews tax provisions and assist organisation in tax planning Submission to tax authorities towards appeal and assessment orders. Monthly filing of GST returns along with back up working GST regulation and ensure compliance. Manage transfer pricing assessment and Advance Pricing and submissions. Fixed assets accounting and preparation of fixed assets registerGeneral:
Co-ordinating & liasioning with different functions within the company, Consultants and statutory authorities. Keep updated on all the latest circulars/notification & any other amendments related to Companies Act/Labour Law/Custom/Taxation etc. affecting the organisation.Communications and Relationships:
Internal: Local Finance, HR, Marketing & Facility.
External: With auditors, tax consultants, vendors & government authorities
