Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and testing facilities, our integrated plant ensures precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control for every pump produced._ **_Job Summary:_** _This position will be responsible for product selection, quotes, tendering and order acquisition activities by closely working with mainly O&G customers, International Sales Team, operations and other stakeholders in fulfilling booking targets._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Study & technically Interpret enquiries received from existing and prospective new customers and establish an initial understanding of the customers requirements._ + _Build further understanding of requirements by liaising with customers._ + _In line with product decision, determine the key objectives and possible options to be covered in the proposal, coordinating the supply of necessary information, organizing the various estimates, and defining the scope of supply._ + _Reviewing the P&ID and project specifications and arrive at the Bill of materials of every component in the dosing skids, going through Piping material specification, valve material specification, instrument specifications, inspection and quality requirements to arrive the complete technical requirements of the customer._ + _Work in partnership with Engineering, Commercial, Project Managers and Parent Company Technical team, as appropriate, to need to evaluate technical risk and commercial terms._ + _Prepare RFQs for suppliers/subcontractors against specs and T&Cs_ + _Compile comprehensive tender specifications defining prices, commercial conditions, comments and deviations and technical specifications for presentation to the customer._ + _Support Sales Manager/Sector Managers /Sales Engineers during the bid-process._ + _Act as a focal point for customer queries regarding Proposal submission and TQs, to reach agreement and build a positive on-going relationship._ + _Monitor progress and status of Proposals, maintaining accurate records and keeping the Proposals Manager fully always informed._ + _Support Project team during handover of Proposals that have resulted in orders._ + _Maintain internal Quality systems as relevant to the processing of enquiries and proposals._ + _Ensure that Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures are adhered to in all work undertaken_ **_Basic Qualification:_** + _Bachelors or masters degree in engineering or related technical field required_ + **_Minimum 6-09 years experience in proposals and estimation, preferably from industrial pump products_** + _Being familiar with API Standards (API610, 676, )_ + _Having been in contact with Middle East End-users or/and EPCs in the O&G Industry_ + _P&ID understanding._ + _Instrument knowledge (Transmitters, Gauges, Switches, JB etc.)_ + **_Completed at least 2 to 3 O&G Projects Cycles._** **_Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:_** + _This position will be based on one of_ **_SEEPEX Sister Companies sites in India:_** + **_Hydro Prokav in Coimbatore_** **_Key competencies:_** + _Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills_ + _Drives results and takes initiatives to achieve goals_ + _Negotiation skills with Vendor & internal stake holders_ + _Good relationship builder with ability to merge different groups of people, processes and tools_ + _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._ **_What we Offer:_** + _We are all owners of the company!
