An Assistant Housing Manager is concerned in assisting in overseeing and directing all aspects of the staff accommodation operation under the general guidance and supervision of Human Resources department. The Asst. Housing Manager is responsible to ensure that all team members living in the staff accommodation receive high quality and responsive housing management service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary. An Assistant Housing Manager will be monitoring the maintenance and facilities issues of the staff accommodation to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

The Asst. Housing Manager is responsible to ensure that all team members living in the staff accommodation receive high quality and responsive housing management service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary. An Assistant Housing Manager will be monitoring the maintenance and facilities issues of the staff accommodation to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\nDistribute , Delegate and direct work load to ensure maximum productivity and team members satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses . Conduct one to one and performance development review of the team members ,coach and counselling team members when needed.Ensure that all matters relating to staff housing is conducted in accordance with the staff house accommodation policy.\nAssist in social activities and provide ongoing support and follow up in project time lines to be met.\nInvolve in hiring and training accommodation team members in proper work procedures and techniques. Communicate effectively to conduct staff and departmental meetings. \nAttend various related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information. Attend Tm/Kp complaint related to housing operation.\nAssist HR Manager with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Monitor and control budget through the year.\nAssists incoming employees manager and provides accurate information. Greets internal and external customers in friendly and professionally manner and handle requests in an efficient manner.\nMaintain accurate report of staff house allocation.\nCreate and distributes flyers and memos, flyers and news letter as assigned.\n\nWhat are we looking for?
