**Our client in Washington, D.C. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a assisted living facility.**
This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, team management, and resident care.
**What is Needed?**
+ Must have appropriate professional license and license must be in good standing (i.e. Skilled Care, RCF, ALF, BH).
+ Assist in managing all aspects of facility operations, including resident care, staffing, compliance, and financial performance.
+ Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
+ Able to relate to the elderly with a high level of compassion and empathy.
