Responsibilities*Management of molecular beam epitaxial equipment and facilitiesDevelopment III-nitride nanostructures and heterostructures in support of their applications in electronic, photonic, optoelectronic, quantum, and clean energy devicesSupervision of and collaboration with students and postdoctoral research fellows, and preparation of technical reports and grant applicationsRequired Qualifications*The candidate must be experienced in ferroelectric nitride materials and devices.
