The Assistant Manager Tech Ops Supply Chain Management (SCM) invests in the future of Southwest’s People by leading a Team of Project Managers supporting key initiatives across our Aircraft Maintenance supply chain by providing task execution support, project management guidance, and career development. This role blends hands-on leadership with technical expertise — implementing agile frameworks, managing system deployments, and driving supply chain improvements through data and process optimization. This role works collaboratively with Teams in Tech Ops and throughout the Company to support Tech Ops material planning and tooling. The Assistant Manager Tech Ops SCM is excited to drive actionable outcomes by transforming database insights, optimizing material planning systems, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results to drive the future of Southwest.

Competitive market salary from $110,900 per year to $123,200 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
