Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Overview:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing and administering Feature deals in EST (Electronic Sell-Through) and VOD (Video On Demand) across designated territories, as well as handling ITC/Premiere-related issues. This role also provides sales administration support to the International Sales team.
Responsibilities
+ Administer and manage Features deals for assigned territories, working with key transactional retailers such as iTunes, Amazon and Google.
+ Establish direct relationships with distributors & assist them with queries & operational needs.
+ Send legally binding notices (“product inclusion letters”) to distributors per contractual obligations.
+ Ensure all contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
+ Research rights and confirm product eligibility for deal inclusion, collaborating with Sales Administration as needed.
+ Input and track EST and VOD licenses using the SAFE database, price products in accordance with the agreement, and process deals internally.
+ Work closely with Distribution to coordinate timely delivery of product and align on permissible shipping dates with Sales, Finance, and Distribution.
+ Liaise with internal teams including Legal, Finance, and Account Management to support deal execution.
+ Support Sales Administration and Account Management colleagues as needed.
+ Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other duties as requested by Management.

Basic Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting, Pre-law, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $67,000 - $72,000.
