The position
Organization / Division / Department: Organon Research & Development / Global RA Operations and Partnership Excellence / RA Portfolio Optimization and HUB operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and proactive candidate for internship in Portfolio Optimization and HUB operations team withing Global Regulatory Affairs department. The internship will include fixed part where the candidate will be performing Administrative activities related to POHO managed processes. The internship will also include flexible part where Intern will be participating in different projects in collaboration with other divisions withing Organon, enabling Intern to gain experience and knowledge of other opportunities within Pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities
Management of Mailbox(es) (Primary Point of Contact):
Act as the primary point of contact for the designated mailbox(es).
Monitor and respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
Triage Requests:
Assess and prioritize requests from stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of all requests.
Document Management:
Facilitate stamping, signing-off of documents.
Provide supporting documents for CPP, MAH approvals/licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare Documents for Consular Services:
Compile and prepare necessary documents for consular services.
Ensure all documents meet the required standards and regulations.
Document Formatting, Printing, Scanning, and Dispatch:
Format, print, scan, and dispatch documents to Stakeholders.
CPP Application Management:
Manage CPP applications, including printing and/or scanning for Consular service & HA submission use.
Ensure all applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the function and other departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondences.
Financial Administration:
Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
The incumbent should have a High school or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical sciences. Must be fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
