Overview:
Responsibilities:Oversees Part-Time, year-round supervisors and seasonal workforce and determine daily job assignments. Supports Wardrobe Supervisors in overseeing seasonal workforce.Oversees all division/department wardrobe inventory and ordering process, utilizing various computer systems, including but not limited to: JD Edwards, ARS, vendor sites and Excel. Maintains accurate records, including vendor contacts, budget tracking, and order requests/purchase orders. Utilizes department labor budget to create weekly work schedule, meeting business needs and adhering to approved budget guidelines. Ensures PT Supervisors add weekly schedules to timekeeping system.Ensure all associates have a positive experience while visiting wardrobe. All associates should be served in a professional and courteous manner. Assists team in resolving any associate wardrobe issue with the same level of service and professionalism.Oversees the Wardrobe Retaiol Location for uniform add-ons.Communicates effectively and efficiently with associates, leadership, and divisional representatives. Divisional contact for special uniform needs within the daily operations.Oversees front counter operations, and may assist with fitting associates in uniforms, providing correct sizes and accessories based on uniform guidelines.Oversee storage of uniforms, organization of storage and oversight of uniform repairs and alterations.
Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDAssociate's degree or vocational or technical school degree preferred Valid Driver's License2 to 4 years of relevant work experienceMust have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interpret verbal and written instruction. Basic word processing and data entry necessaryMaintains confidentiality when dealing with associates, leadership, divisional representativesAbility to collaborate with division leaders and provide customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Suite preferredAbility to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needsAbility to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial lawAbility to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for oversight of Wardrobe inventory and daily operations. The Operations Supervisor will oversee the wardrobe team and build partnerships with division leaders to assist in making sound decisions based on business need and approved budget. The Operations Supervisor will train and supervise the department staff and supervisors.
