Associate VP, Sales Support
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The Associate VP, Sales Support provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition or retention of customers. The Associate VP, Sales Support requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide. The Associate VP, Sales Support leads operational processes that enable sales and membership growth. The AVP, Sales Support will lead large scale distribution projects that support go to market strategies, working across all sales distribution. With an enterprise mindset, this individual leads with a consumer-focused operational initiative that drives outcome of market differentiation and improves agent NPS scores by creating capabilities. This individual is closely aligned to Distribution strategy to operational new initiatives driving implementation of strategic plans, and business outcomes, and develops and implements strategic plans for the scope of management that are aligned with the Segment or Business strategy. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree + 5 or more years of management experience with large teams + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences + Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive level leadership. + Drives outcomes and strong accountability + Curious and Committed + Strong Project Management experience with enterprise strategic projects + Direct to Consumer Experience Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $184,800 - $254,100 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
