The Associate VP, Sales Support requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide. The Associate VP, Sales Support leads operational processes that enable sales and membership growth. The AVP, Sales Support will lead large scale distribution projects that support go to market strategies, working across all sales distribution. With an enterprise mindset, this individual leads with a consumer-focused operational initiative that drives outcome of market differentiation and improves agent NPS scores by creating capabilities. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $184,800 - $254,100 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
