These touchpoints are often where trust is built, where support is felt, and where members return again and again to take action on their health. **About the Role** We are seeking a visionary and systems-oriented UX executive to lead mobile and digital product design across Humana’s member-facing platforms. As Associate Vice President, Digital Experience – Mobile & Connected Platforms, you will own the strategy and execution of core experiences across native mobile apps, web platforms, and hybrid digital tools—ensuring they are unified, empowering, and deeply member-centric. You will guide multidisciplinary design teams to create experiences that span care navigation, health monitoring, benefits management, and beyond. The work you lead will shape how members engage with their health every day—and help us build a future where healthcare feels intuitive, connected, and compassionate. **Key Responsibilities** + **Mobile Experience Strategy:** Lead the vision for Humana’s mobile app ecosystem, focusing on simplicity, accessibility, and emotional connection. + **Unified Platform Design:** Ensure seamless and consistent experience architecture across mobile, desktop, and connected devices—supported by a robust design system. + **Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with Engineering, Product, Research, and UX Content to bring holistic, behaviorally informed solutions to market. + **Leadership & Culture:** Build and mentor high-performing design teams grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and design excellence. + **Inclusive Innovation:** Champion accessibility, equity, and cultural relevance in every design decision—ensuring all members feel seen and supported. + **Trend Leadership:** Stay ahead of emerging design and technology trends that can improve health outcomes and deepen engagement. + **Strategic Communication:** Present roadmaps, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership—helping shape enterprise priorities and long-term investments. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + 15+ years of experience in UX or product design, including 5+ years in mobile-first and platform-scale leadership roles. + Proven ability to lead omni-channel product design across mobile apps, responsive web, and service-connected tools. + Track record of shaping products that drive engagement, reduce friction, and support meaningful action—ideally in healthcare, wellness, or fintech. + Experience with design systems at scale, accessibility best practices, and data-informed product development. + Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. **Why Join Humana** This is more than a role it’s a chance to lead with purpose. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $168,000 - $231,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
