Collins Aerospace Military Electric Power Systems is seeking an Associate Value Stream Director (Value Stream Leader) passionate about capturing new opportunities, delivering exceptional solutions to existing customers, and scaling a business in a growing and dynamic market. In this role, you will responsible for programs providing electric power systems to primarily military customers. In this role, you will drive program-level strategic planning efforts, lead capture of critical programs, negotiate program contracts, be accountable for the P&L of medium-sized programs, lead the integrated program management teams, and work across the Power & Controls organization to leverage differentiated solutions for our customers. The program activities consist of capturing a transformational new program, assisting a developing customer in shaping the capabilities of a new platform, and ensuring successful sustainment on others, requiring a wide array of leadership skills and the ability to apply strategic action. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
