(https://www.wsp.com/en-CA/careers/notice-to-staffing-agencies) + Leading end-to-end delivery of transport and mobility planning projects + Managing a team of 10–15 planners, modellers and engineers including resource planning and mentoring. + Interfacing with clients, government stakeholders, and developers + Reviewing and signing off on technical outputs and reports + Contributing to business development and strategic growth of the practice + Conduct required checks and reviews of the team’s analysis and designs + Stay up-to-date with relevant technical developments within the discipline + Support line manager in expanding the team based in India in line with the agreed action plan + Provide feedback to the Middle East lead on the team’s performance and development requirements + Provide technical mentoring to the team across India to upskill the junior resources. + Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and project + 10–15 years of experience in transport planning, with experience on projects in the Middle East + Strong track record delivering large-scale infrastructure and master planning projects along with advisory projects. + Proven team leadership and mentoring skills + Commercial acumen and the ability to manage stakeholders + Degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field + Understanding of Strategic modelling and operational analysis, and the ability to provide expertise on model setups, troubleshooting, interrogating outputs and extracting results.
