About the Role
The Verdancy Group is building a UK-wide network of talented associate trainers and assessors to support the delivery of retrofit, low carbon construction, and energy efficiency programmes.
If you’re a qualified professional with technical know-how and a passion for teaching or assessing others, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether your background is in building fabric, renewables, PAS 2035 roles, airtightness, ventilation, or workplace assessment, we’re expanding our delivery team and creating a register of trusted experts for upcoming contracts.

Delivering or assessing vocational qualifications (e.g. NVQs, EWPA, SCQF, NOCN)Retrofit roles under PAS 2035 (Coordinator, Assessor, Designer)Fabric-first measures, including internal/external wall insulation and airtightnessLow-carbon heating and ventilation systemsEnergy efficiency and renewables (e.g. solar PV, heat pumps)Working with learners across trades, age groups, and experience levelsYou’ll need:
A recognised assessor qualification (e.g. A1, L&D9DI or equivalent) – or a willingness to work towards itIndustry competence in your area of deliveryA commitment to learner success and quality deliveryFlexibility to support remote, hybrid, or in-person programmes depending on needWhat We Offer:
