Associate Trademark Search Analyst (Italian speaking)

We are looking for Associate Trademark Search Analyst (Italian-speaking) to join our Trademark Analysis team in Belgrade.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

6 months - 1 year of working experience in a business/customer-focused environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Proficient level of English language (B2/C1).Proficient level of Italian language (B2/C1).

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and a high attention to details.Strong evaluative skills, critical thinking, and good judgment.The ability to multi-task and balance priorities and shifting deadlines.Strong communication (oral and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet).

What will you be doing in this role? 

Conduct trademark research using the Internet, specialized databases, and other relevant sources.Analyze client research requests and develop effective search strategies based on trademark similarity, product scope, and international classifications.Collaborate with mentors to ensure high-quality and accurate research outcomes.Proactively communicate with clients to understand their search strategies and preferences, providing support and guidance as needed.Provide internal feedback and suggestions to management for improving processes and report quality.Complete trademark research reports and other assignments within agreed deadlines and turnaround times.

About the Team 

You will be joining the Trademark Search Team, which is responsible for delivering high-quality trademark research and analysis to CompuMark clients worldwide. The team plays a critical role in helping clients make informed decisions about trademark availability by identifying potentially conflicting or infringing uses across various sources. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning are key pillars of the team culture. You’ll work closely with mentors and peers, and have the opportunity to grow your skills through structured training and hands-on experience.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
