Join Publix Technology as an Associate Technical Support Analyst on the Request Services and Change Management team. This team is responsible for working with various business areas across Publix to analyze their requests for modifications to computing hardware, software, and/or access to various systems (LAN, Host, Unix, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities:Facilitate change review meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.Manage and maintain process documentation for request and change management.Oversee change records from initiation to completion.Resolve record-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.Support process improvement initiatives for request and change management.Ensure compliance with Publix Information Security Policy.Review and validate peer work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
