We boldly go. **Job Summary:** This resource will be responsible for the design and development of End of line & Inline automation systems for manufacturing plants and also responsible to support new IE4.0 initiatives in a long term. The person should have minimum 8 years of experience in electrical, Ignition SCADA and controls design. **Essential skills** + Experience in electrical architecture and controls design for minimum 7 years + Experience in design and development of control panel for minimum 7 years + Experience in Ignition SCADA minimum 5 years + Hands on experience in Schematic and Harness design for minimum 7 years + Hands on experience of PLC programming for minimum 3 years (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi…) + Hands on experience in components selection + PLC, Circuit breakers, Relays, Protection devices, etc… + Transformers, Sensors, Hipot devices, power supply, etc… + Hands-on Experience of using AutoCAD for panel layout and schematics + Good understanding of safety and protection standards and their implementation + Understanding of Communication protocols (RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet…) + Hands on experience in system integration and testing of Industrial Automation components and systems + Vendor co-ordination and follow up + Good verbal and writing communication skills. + Must be a team player and support the team efficiently **Desired skills** + Experience in technically guiding/leading Jr. Engineers + Experience in system integration and testing of automated test equipment’s + Test sequence design and logic programming will be an added advantage + Experience in system integration and testing of automated test equipment’s + Test sequence design and logic programming will be an added advantage + Basic knowledge on VB + Project management knowledge + HVAC knowledge Travel – 25% Domestic & International travel for project testing & commissioning **Qualification** + B.Tech/BE – EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics + M.Tech/ME – Controls & Automation, Mechatronics We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
