Job Summary:

This resource will be responsible for the design and development of End of line & Inline automation systems for manufacturing plants and also responsible to support new IE4.0 initiatives in a long term. The person should have minimum 8 years of experience in electrical, Ignition SCADA and controls design.

Essential skills

Experience in electrical architecture and controls design for minimum 7 yearsExperience in design and development of control panel for minimum 7 yearsExperience in Ignition SCADA minimum 5 yearsHands on experience in Schematic and Harness design for minimum 7 yearsHands on experience of PLC programming for minimum 3 years (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi…)Hands on experience in components selectionPLC, Circuit breakers, Relays, Protection devices, etc…Transformers, Sensors, Hipot devices, power supply, etc…Hands-on Experience of using AutoCAD for panel layout and schematics  Good understanding of safety and protection standards and their implementationUnderstanding of Communication protocols (RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet…)Hands on experience in system integration and testing of Industrial Automation components and systems Vendor co-ordination and follow upGood verbal and writing communication skills.Must be a team player and support the team efficiently
