Job Summary:

This resource will be responsible for the design and development of End of line & Inline automation systems for manufacturing plants and also responsible to support new IE4.0 initiatives in a long term. The person should have minimum 8 years of experience in electrical, Ignition SCADA and controls design.

Essential skills

Experience in electrical architecture and controls design for minimum 7 years Experience in design and development of control panel for minimum 7 years Experience in Ignition SCADA minimum 5 years Hands on experience in Schematic and Harness design for minimum 7 years Hands on experience of PLC programming for minimum 3 years (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi…) Hands on experience in components selection PLC, Circuit breakers, Relays, Protection devices, etc… Transformers, Sensors, Hipot devices, power supply, etc… Hands-on Experience of using AutoCAD for panel layout and schematics  Good understanding of safety and protection standards and their implementation Understanding of Communication protocols (RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet…) Hands on experience in system integration and testing of Industrial Automation components and systems Vendor co-ordination and follow up Good verbal and writing communication skills. Must be a team player and support the team efficiently

Desired skills

Experience in technically guiding/leading Jr. Engineers Experience in system integration and testing of automated test equipment’s Test sequence design and logic programming will be an added advantage Experience in system integration and testing of automated test equipment’s Test sequence design and logic programming will be an added advantage Basic knowledge on VB Project management knowledge HVAC knowledge

Travel – 25% Domestic & International travel for project testing & commissioning

B.Tech/BE – EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechatronics M.Tech/ME – Controls & Automation, Mechatronics
