We are seeking a proactive **Associate Tax Manager** with a strong focus on tax compliance and advisory, including CIT, VAT and WHT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tax compliance portfolio for Poland business organization (3 Polish legal entities). **What you will do:** + Support Polish legal entities on day-to-day business activities including assistance with tax and transfer pricing functionalities in core and partner systems. + Manage tax audits and be the first contact person of the Polish Tax authorities.   + Coordinate the procurement of external tax advice as needed and maintain the relationship with the local tax advisors. Provide VAT technical advice for internal stakeholders. + Participates in the development and implementation of tax strategies.  Monitor and proactive identify possible tax risks and opportunities for streamlining and improving tax processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.  + Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual CIT compliance requirements. Support the quarterly tax provision process. Develop, manage and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.  + Manage a portfolio of VAT compliance tasks (including VAT Reporting, ESL and Intrastat) for Polish entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough VAT GL reconciliations, ensuring all aged items are addressed promptly and in line with company policy and regional tax regulations. + Managing/coordinating implementation of Horizontal Monitoring Program (HMP) **What you will need:** **Required:** + University degree or equivalent plus 6+ years’ experience in a Big 6 and/or multinational organization, with focus on both Polish CIT and Polish VAT compliance and advisory + Proficient in written and spoken English and Polish **Preferred** + Experience with ERP systems e.g. SAP and JDE and affinity with technology solutions.
