Your primary responsibility will be to help our customers reach their goals, through onsite and remote interactions. Rockwell Automation will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and resources required for you to be successful in this role. You will report to the Team Lead, Remote Support. This position is a remote opportunity

Your Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and solve customer issues via the phone, chat, email, and onsitePerforms on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systemsPerforms project management by setting expectations with customers for follow up, maintaining Service Tickets and developing Knowledgebase contentResponds to urgent customer needs, ensuring a timely and quality response while keeping relevant parties informedServe as company liaison to the customer for multiple product families and various types of customer inquiriesAchieve customer satisfaction metricsModels collaboration in a dynamic team environmentTravel as required to cover assigned region/sub-region. Accessible during off hours, weekends and holidays

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $67,680 - $101,520 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
