The role Role Overview The Associate Specialist role is to help in onboarding the customer across functions Microsoft Volume licensing, Microsoft Cloud, Partner Business (Hosting and Indirect Cloud) and SoftwareOne offerings. To onboard new / existing customers with Microsoft, SW&C Customer Setup & Activation Team onboard the customer which includes providing of licenses, contract setup in ERP, Portal setup and subscription activation. Working collaboratively, team members handle various tasks to enhance business growth, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and speed. The focus is global, with direct reporting to the Team Leader at SW&C and close collaboration with the Global Service Owner. Roles and Responsibilities Assist the local subsidiaries with the setup of new customer’s onboarding on Cloud. Setup of Portals to onboard the customers on PyraCloud, Microsoft, and OneClub. Creation of contracts in ERP system Mirroring of newly activated Contracts in the ERP system. Data Management to reflect actual performance and price levels. Assist with changes on the customer portal. Clean up and standardization of contract cards across the region, according to program rules and status. Download of explore.ms data that will enable the business to analyze performance and act on opportunities. Assist in the sharing of the above data on the regional SharePoint Portals. Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process. Committed to using standard processes in daily operations. Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives. Automate bulk and repetitive tasks What we need to see from you Graduate/Post Graduate Degree holder Prior experience in similar role Candidate must possess excellent decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills. Excellent English written & verbal Skills Excellent Excel Skills Ability to analyze information with attention to details. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
