Associate Specialist, Strategic Partnerships (WDA) - 1 year contract

What will you do:
Develop and sustain strong partnerships with private, public sector and group practices (e.g. NGOs, government agencies, grassroots network, telehealth providers, insurance companies, tech companies, trade unions / associations) to accelerate patient access across underserved populations.
Collaborate with strategic partners to identify and implement new technologies, processes, or initiatives that drive mutual growth and value creation to the healthcare eco-system.
Collaborate with cross functional team to execute strategic partnership plans and report impact and outcomes of the partnership pilots and initiatives.
What you should have:
Bachelors Degree
Project management skills
Effective communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Creative and out of the box thinking
Experience in business, marketing or social service and stakeholder management. Team player
Other Personal Attributes:
Good organization and time management skills.
Strong ability to handle stress, internal stakeholders and external factors such as vendor management.
Able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Continuous improvement mindset.
