Job Description
The Position
Our Market Access team monitors population demographics and develops solutions for patient access to our medicines and healthcare solutions. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines and healthcare solutions create value in society.
To secure business performance and future growth of company, MA specialists assess and develop market access strategy, accelerate new drug listing, expand reimbursement guideline in a timely manner and minimize price erosions from various price-cut mechanisms for established brands and pipeline products.
Responsibilities
Assess and lead market access strategy for new products' commercialization plan
Provide local insights during early stages of development
Achieve successful new product listing and reimbursement expansion
Conduct P&R analysis and develop pricing strategies and action plans based on an understanding of products, markets, customers, and healthcare policy
Perform data analysis (Clinical study, outcome study, market data, etc) and generate pharmaco-economic data
Develop budget impact models
Develop dossiers and communicate with HIRA reviewers
Prepare negotiation strategies through collaboration with marketing, medical and other cross-functional teams
Minimize price erosion from various price-cut mechanisms and provide accurate assumption to our organization
Understand each price-cut mechanism and precisely forecast price impacts to increase business predictability

Monitor the policy changes and work with the industry to shape the policy environment
Required Experience and Skills
At least 1 year of market access experience
Functional knowledge of pharmacy, pharmacoeconomics, statistics and public health policy
Skills of data analysis, and negotiation
Preferred Experience and Skills
Others: PVA experiences or medical device listing experiences are preferred
