ROLE OVERVIEW / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing daily local distribution and logistics operations and providing comprehensive supply chain and logistics support.The main objective is to maximize operational effectiveness and organizational efficiency by streamlining procedures and ensuring compliance.Ensuring that third parties handle the company products in accordance with the company standards and regulations.Primary relationship with local logistics 3PL, Business team, support functions (Regional D&L, PH, DFP,OM, IMQ and D&L Quality).Support SCM Lead for facilitate in market Tier 2, S&OP, New Products Planning and Regulatory changes to ensure supply continuity for inline as well as pipeline products.Ensure compliance to Regulatory requirements pertaining to Good Distribution Practices, Good Importation Practices, Customs clearance, International Trade and Internal processes .Participate and support various audits conducted by internal/external compliance groupKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics Management.
2. Inventory Management
Support to develop and implement local inventory movement processes at 3PL/Distributor warehouse(Physical / System Inventory movement) in compliance to GMP & GDP standard.Collaborate with In-Market Quality (IMQ) to determine stock locations based on business and qualityrequirements.Support Regulatory team to prepare Redressing Change Requests (RCRs) to manage local stock with safetylabel updates (SLU) and compliance with the company SOPs.Carryout inventory reconciliation between the company and 3PL systems.3. Sales & Operation support
Assist, Market SCM Lead to facilitate local S&OP meetings, provide data analysis for inventoryplanning and ensuring appropriate local inventory levels to support business operations efficiently.Support implementation of local policies relating to local Supply Chain Management.Coordinate with 3PL to ensure effective communication with BU for product change notifications tocustomers.Coordinate for logistics services to support Product Quality Complaint (PQC) related exportshipments.Support and coordinate with 3PL / Distributors to collect the Product Quality Complaints relatedstocks.4. Project Management
Support Market SCM Lead to design & develop data analysis to support costs optimization.Support and participate in projects to support local business and for Supply Chain operations.Be a part of implementation team for local and regional Supply Chain initiatives.5. Audits & Self-Inspections
Support IMQ and RA team for various audit and manage CAPA If required.Support and collaborate with IMQ for Self-Inspection planning, execution, documentation, andcommunication.6. Financial Management
Support regular updates related to inventory status for financial reconciliations.Calculate brokerage services and last mile delivery accruals, monthly forecast, comparison of forecastVS actual spending.Propose inventory provisions for financial updates on quarterly basis.Review on monthly basis the 3PL / Distributor services fees based on terms & conditions in agreement.Secure and support all team members’ training on time included quality training and my learning.REQUIRED COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for Pharmacy, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.Language & Communication:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI.Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets.Professional Skills:
