The Opportunity

This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL location in CHR Corporate Human Resources division.

The Associate Specialist, Abbott Talent Deployment will serve as technical mobility expert for Abbott’s Professional Development Program global rotations leveraging expertise in the mobility compliance space, including immigration and relocation compliance.

What You’ll Work On

Required Qualifications

Requires excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills0-2 years of working experience in a global environmentMinimum of an Associate’ degree required.Previous experience and comfortable with interfacing with senior level managementAbility to work with tight deadlines in a multi-tasking environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at onceMastery of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and other office productivity applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a customer service environmentUnderstanding of Regulatory and Compliance environment related to employees and employee documentationBachelor’s degree preferred.Project managed experience or exposure to managing multiple projects using project management methods is highly preferred.Must know how to do Pivot tables and Vlookups in excel

The base pay for this position is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
