Overview The Associate Sourcing is responsible for sourcing and procuring services and materials, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. In addition, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement strategies align with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in procurement, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. Responsibilities Sourcing & Procurement Operations · Manage discovery and preparation of RFP/RFI/RFQ using the approved Procurement toolkit documentation and processes · Manage procurement process for goods and services, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management to achieve the best value · Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability to ensure the best value · Monitor spending trends, identify potential new sourcing initiatives and avenues for supplier consolidation or rationalization, analyze options, and provide recommendations for initiatives to be included in the business plan Supplier Management · Monitor and manage supplier relationships and supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed · Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities Strategy & Optimization · Support the implementation of procurement strategies that optimize the cost, quality, and delivery of goods and services · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities · Monitor market trends and research potential suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities Qualifications Education & Credentials · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, CIPS, supply chain management, finance, or a related discipline Experience · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing strategic sourcing and supplier management · Experience in handling the procurement lifecycle, and managing concepts like RFI, RFQ, RFP Skills · High English proficiency, both oral and written · Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
