Job Summary:
By joining us as a Field Service Associate you will be the face of Emerson in front of our key customers with Indian regions, mainly for Fisher products, particularly control valves. , You will help identify and qualify new business opportunities within a base of prospects and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business and needs. The role is also accountable for achieving specified revenue targets. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Experience of valves and actuators manufacturing, assembly and maintenance, or relevant working background is must. Be familiar with industrial valve product and relative standard of application. Ensure all field service jobs which was assigned are completed within customer requirement ensuring safe and efficient operations in accordance with Emerson Procedures. Strict compliance with safety regulations in performing service activities. Direct efforts to customer callouts for control valve product service requests. Perform as part of an engineering team and liaison with the company in evaluating and solving control valves product application problems. Repair, test and maintain valve product in either Emerson workshop or on customer site. Assist with the installation/commissioning of new valve product. Receive and investigate customer complaints, resolve and/or recommend solutions to the complaints. Develop and maintain good customer relations. Capable and willing to work independently and balance multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Willing to frequent travel even at short notice of emergency. Complete other service job assigned by team supervisor/manager.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and skills to efficiently apply technology and systems specific to the department required. Engineering Degree or equivalent experience of minimum 8 years (Mechanical/ Instrumentation) with Shown ability in technical sales preferably within the process industry. Control Valve sales and technical support to customers and representatives. Make site walk down and build primary demand by doing solution selling Willing to travel frequently to customers within the assigned area. Should have excellent customer connect and rapport. Knowledge of valve industry Awareness about EMS & ISO 45001 practices Experience in ISO 14001:2015 - ISO 45001:2018 - ISO 9001:2015 procedures & instructionsOur Culture & Commitment to You
