Lead cross-functional technical development (software, hardware, mechanical) Manage system integration, validation, and end-to-end problem resolution Drive root cause analysis, change implementation, and final validation Coordinate project timelines, KPIs, and stakeholder alignment Enhance our systems with your continuous improvement mindset ✅ What You Bring: Bachelor's/Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering 5+ years in Software/Systems Engineering or Testing (ASPICE Level 1+) Expertise in mechatronic systems and problem analysis Familiarity with ISO 26262 / ISO 21434 safety standards Experience in CI/CD, system testing, and technical project control 💡 Bonus Skills: Tools like PTC Windchill, PTC Integrity Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Positive, team-driven mindset with an eye for detail Understanding of manufacturing processes in mechatronic systems 🌍 Why GKN Automotive Bengaluru?
