**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Securities Operations Representative
**In this role, you will:**
+ Support a variety of operational tasks for simple or routine securities
+ Identify ways to improve the overall process
+ Perform routine duties such as processing, reconciling transaction and research inquires
+ Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate issues to more experienced roles
+ Review less complex documents
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Interact with internal customers
+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ months of Security Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Job Expectations:**
+ Candidates with 6+ months should have the basis knowledge of Cash Management & Wire Transfers with good communications skills.
+ Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
+ Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
+ Executing daily cash positioning and forecasting activities.
+ Assist in monitoring daily cash balance, transactions and clearing the exceptions generated.
+ Assist in the reconciliation of reports and statements, work along with the stake holders in clearing the breaks.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Cash Management.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
+ Assist in the Evaluation and selection of banking partners and cash management tools.
+ **Shift Timing (IST): 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM**
