In our team, we start with a broad vision of new technologies combined with a deep understanding of consumer challenges. We utilize a variety of technologies,  including machine learning and artificial intelligence, embedded systems, cloud computing, and robotics, to identify, synthesize, and prototype testable solutions in a fast-paced, hands-on, and agile environment and directly impact and improve the experience consumers have with our products.

Apply your technical skills – hands-on – to build new product prototypes to drive consumer learnings, generate insights and recommendations. For example:Develop pipelines for collecting and presenting data and generate insights from new-to-the-world devices in consumer testUtilize your expertise in digital technologies such as Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, cloud and web/mobile applications to drive rapid prototyping to enable data based insights generation and extract value from data. Develop backend infrastructure and frontend prototypes for consumer-facing applications

Drive projects through uncertainty:  Engage in exploratory work in the early stages of innovation, adapting and help defining fast-changing and uncertain environments. Apply agile / lean project management and first principle technical models to inform fast cycle learning plans. Partner with others to get all that is needed to drive the project to success.Growth mindset: Continuously reinvent and expand your skills to meet evolving business needs.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Educational/Technical Background:  
Master / PhD degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or similar technical disciplines with R&D work experience and passion for R&D work.Machine Learning Expertise:Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning methodologies, including but not limited to:Data curation and cleaning.Supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.Mainstream neural network model architectures.Model training, evaluation, and deployment.Knowledge of building LLM pipelines and agents.Fine-tuning of large foundation models.Experience in web or mobile app development, including:Web Application – Frontend/Backend/Progressive Web AppAndroid/iOS ApplicationsCloud Computing Proficiency:Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure; experience with other platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.Demonstrate collaborative approach to problem-solving, actively seeking diverse perspectives and embracing constructive feedback and constantly improving. Ability and willingness to travel a few times per yearFluent in English

Pay Range: $85,000 - $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
