 About the job

We are looking for a graduate-level Associate Scientific Advisor to support the Transplant Franchise medical team. This role offers a mix of hands-on project involvement and exposure to strategic medical activities. The successful candidate will contribute to elements of the medical plan, scientific content development, and educational initiatives, while learning from experienced mentors in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities:

Support the Medical Advisor in providing scientific expertise in the therapy area and deputise when neededReview new scientific publications and ensure up-to-date messaging across materialsAdapt global scientific content for local use and support medical education event deliveryCreate and review medical content in PromoMats and assist in efficient material review processesAdhere to all ethical, legal, and compliance requirements, including Sanofi and industry codesPromote a safe and compliant working environment by following Sanofi procedures and policiesParticipate in relevant scientific congresses and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

About you Educational background in life sciences or related field (graduate-level role)Strong interest in medical affairs, scientific communication, and project managementAttention to detail and commitment to ethical standards and complianceGood communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional settingWillingness to learn and engage in a structured mentoring environmentProficient in English
