Key Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain integration solutions and APIsManage vendor and coordinate with business stakeholdersHandle production support issues and implement continuous service improvementsOversee problem management following ITIL frameworksCollaborate with different teams like BASIS, Network, Cloud, Functional

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience in integration technologiesStrong expertise in SAP Integration Suite and API managementBasic understanding of SAP BASIS administrationBasic understanding with AWS cloud services and networking conceptsUnderstanding of ITIL frameworks and problem managementProven track record in production support operations
