As a CMF Associate Sales Representative, you will partner closely with Sales Representative(s) in the area to quickly learn the medical device industry and CMF business, and then contribute to the growth of that business in the assigned territory. You will partner with the Sales Rep(s) in all aspects of the sales call pattern, including but not limited to, covering cases in the assigned territory, marketing and promotion of the products in the assigned accounts, building of sets, managing inventory, and, as you learn and grow, begin to convert customers to Stryker.
What you will do:
Assist in promoting and selling Stryker products.Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.Performs field calls for the account and assigned territory (including “on-call” and operating / emergency room consultation).Track territory progress and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.Provide exceptional service to customers.Exceed sales goals and performance metrics.Manage and maintain sample inventory meticulously.Learn or hone selling skills and process through coaching/mentoring support from Sales Representatives and Managers.What you need:
Required
Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University.Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds constantly.Valid driver’s license.Fluency in written and spoken English.Preferred
