What you will do 

As a part-time, contract, Associate Sales Representative, you will promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships. This position will be 15 hours per week for an 8 month period.

Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share.Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas.Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.Perform audits and provide accurate documentation and reporting in Excel and other applications.Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs.

What you need 

Required:

University DegreeProficiency in Excel

Preferred:

Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines1+ years of experience in Outside Sales1+ years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting

Additional Information:

Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligationsInternal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be consideredMust have a valid driver’s license
