**What you will do** As a part-time, contract, Associate Sales Representative, you will promote Stryker Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships. This position will be 15 hours per week for an 8 month period. + Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share. + Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas. + Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction. + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. + Perform audits and provide accurate documentation and reporting in Excel and other applications. + Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs. **What you need** **Required:** + University Degree + Proficiency in Excel **Preferred:** + Degree in nursing or other health-related disciplines + 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales + 1+ years of experience working in a hospital or other clinical setting **Additional Information:** + Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations + Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered + Must have a valid driver’s license Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
