**What you will do** As an **Associate Sales Representative** at Stryker, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the **Joint Replacement and Trauma** sales team. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and healthcare professionals to drive the adoption of our life-changing technologies and ensure the safe and effective use of our medical devices in clinical settings. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation + Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance. + Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products + Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products + Serve as a technical expert in joint replacement and trauma product lines, leveraging your knowledge of anatomy and procedural workflows + Track territory activity and report progress to Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Directors + Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion + Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products **What you need** **Required:** + University Degree + 1+ years in an outside sales position **Preferred:** + University Degree in Biomedical Engineering + 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales **Additional Information:** + Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations + Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered + Must have a valid driver’s license Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
