Job Overview
The Associate Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the monitoring, reporting, and management of a multi-country sales stream. This position contributes directly to operational excellence by ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and the integration of AI-driven tools to optimize sales performance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Reporting
Support the setup and ongoing management of sales opportunities in IQVIA CRM, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, multi-country constraints, and internal policies.
Conduct regular monitoring and reporting of sales pipeline performance, collaborating with regional and local teams to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
Assist in analyzing gaps between budget, forecast, and revenue-in-hand, generating reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analysis to improve customer satisfaction, revenue recognition, and operational transparency.
AI-Driven Process Optimization
Leverage AI models to identify operational issues, generate alerts, and support the creation and follow-up of action plans.
Promote the use of AI tools to automate routine tasks, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve responsiveness across sales operations.
Continuously explore opportunities to embed AI into daily workflows to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Billing & Revenue Assurance
Ensure customer billing is consistent with contractual agreements by gathering and validating required documentation.
Process billing notifications and ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Collaborate with Finance and Billing Center teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain high standards of revenue assurance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other operational teams to manage customer relationships and address invoice-related inquiries.
Coordinate operational activities across departments to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in sales operations, CRM systems, and reporting tools preferred.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
