Role Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Lettings Associate for our Estate Agency operation in Kew. As we expand our presence in this thriving area, we need a self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency experience in Lettings, with sales knowledge being an added advantage. It presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to take a step towards managing an office.

Associate - Sales & Lettings - Kew

Winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts & sales agreements

Managing a small team to build a successful officeUtilizing strong interpersonal skills to create meaningful client relationshipsDemonstrating exceptional sales ability to close business successfullyOverseeing administration managementIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesProviding comprehensive client feedbackReporting on office performance and billingGenerating innovative ideas to drive business growthListing and marketing properties effectivelyRegistering and managing applicantsCollaborating with the wider business to explore new opportunitiesMaintaining and growing market share in a competitive environment

Proven track record of success in negotiating sales & lettings contractsThorough understanding of the sales & letting process and relevant legislationProactive, organized, focused, and accessibleAn engaging and charismatic personalityCommitment to providing exceptional service at every opportunityExperience in a busy and successful AgencyAbility to work effectively under pressureConfident and proactive approach to workExcellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with initiative to take action and respond appropriatelyAppreciation for discretion and confidentialityTeam player with a positive, can-do attitudeExperience in setting up systems and processesFamiliarity with the Kew Bridge area and its property market (preferred)Sales experience or knowledge (advantageous)
