**Your role at Clorox:**
Responsible for leading national sales team for distributor business to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. This role will oversee the performance of distributors nationally in Mainland China, especially in South China, to implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent distributor and KA customer management.
**In this role, you will:**
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
+ Develop and execute distributor channel sales strategies, optimize channel networks, and ensure regional market coverage to achieve sales targets.
+ Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to adjust channel strategies for market share and profitability growth.
+ Work with trade marketing team to leas the development and prioritization of AMPS objectives, identifying AMPS execution opportunities, and lead team to execute AMPS with excellence.
2. Team Leadership & Development
+ Lead national/regional sales teams (60 people), including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
+ Establish efficient sales management systems to drive the team toward annual sales and profit goals.
3. Distributor Network Development & Management
+ Lead the selection, negotiation, onboarding, and lifecycle management of distributor partners to optimize network quality and structure.
+ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training/resources, resolve conflicts, and drive sustainable growth.
4. KA Hypermarket/Supermarket Management
+ Manage strategic partnerships with key accounts (e.g., Walmart, RT mart, CRV), including contract negotiations, in-store condition optimization, and promotional resource coordination.
+ Design KA-specific sales plans to enhance shelf visibility, inventory turnover, and sales performance.
+ Provides input for Customer Business Planning Process for selective top customers. Drives translation of Clorox strategies into JBP process; Enables and supports top customer Joint Business Planning and top to top meetings.
5. Sales Target & Data Analysis
+ Cascade corporate sales targets to regional/distributor levels, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
+ Leverage data analytics tools to track channel performance, generate reports, and propose actionable insight.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
+ Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of product supply, promotions, and budget allocation.
+ Act as a liaison for international operations, communicate fluently in English with global/regional teams, and align local strategies with Cross-functional Collaboration.
**What we look for:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of sales management experience in multinational FMCG companies (e.g., P&G, Unilever, Coca-Cola), with 5+ years in national/regional team leadership.
+ Proven track record in building distributor networks and managing KA partnerships, with expertise in resolving channel conflicts.
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships, at least lead 10+ people team to deliver excellent result
+ Experience in emerging channels (e-commerce, O2O) or digital transformation projects.
+ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
+ Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
