Overview of role

As part of the Global Product Stewardship (GPS) team supporting the regional business unit, you will provide regulatory and safety support to enable the launch of multiple innovation and expansion programs across Asia and other regions working closely with the R&D and commercial teams.

Your team

Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center, you will have the opportunity to work with multi-functional teams and externally support P&G representation to government agencies, industry associations and technical organizations.

Excellent execution & proactive follow-up to ensure that projects are submitted and approved timely are key for success in this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide regulatory assessment and project delivery for selected markets and brandsLead product registration/notification for launch of new projects in multiple markets.Execute registration strategies to deliver winning initiatives through preparation of technical and legal dossier.Lead regulatory compliance tracking to drive clarity on status of compliance.Leverage internal tools/systems to deliver regulatory assurance.Collaborate with distributors/customers to support regulatory compliance executionAnalyze and identify issues related to regulatory compliance schedule and submission capacityCollaborate with multi-functional team, raise technical challenges or issues arising from project execution in a timely mannerBuild regulatory execution expertise in multiple product category within P&G and regulatory requirement landscape across Asia and other regions

Job Qualifications

Polytechnic Diploma in Science, Engineering or IT related fields2-3 years research or regulatory experience High level of proficiency with MS office tools, basic programming skills and open to learning use of new software/ tools are crucial skill sets for the roleAttention to detail and work constructively under tight timelinesCapability to master the artwork process details, to prevent any gaps in artwork execution supportStrong organization skills to document, compile and summarize data obtained from the artwork team’s daily work for manager’s/team’s review and interpretationExcellent oral and written communication skills in English for common business are a must.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate connect with people from different cultures, levels and locations, both internally and externally.
