About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Repo Trader in the Financial Resource Management (FRM) team, working under the direction of senior managers in London.
As a critical member to the team, this role focuses on the Repo and secured funding needs for Wells Fargo’s UK broker dealer, US Bank and other legal entities.
The candidate will be expected to:
execute repo transactions with external counterpartsbe able to maintain customer relationships and participate in GMRA and GMSLA negotiationshave a strong understanding of repo and other secured funding toolsunderstand the interconnectivity of repo with other financial products, key drivers for using repo and how to maximize asset/liability efficiencybe familiar with FX spot and swap executionbe aware of regulatory themes related to repo (SFTR, CSDR and others)
In this role, you will:

Work with other business lines (Trading, Sales, Strategy) to provide market colour and pricing advice as requiredAssist WFSIL, WFS LLC and WFBNA businesses to optimize funding/collateral management requirements
