Associate Recruiter (Onsite)

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team onsite at our manufacturing facility in Troy, Ohio. This role is onsite not remote or hybrid.

As the Associate Recruiter, reporting to the HR Manager, you will be an internal consultant for Hiring Managers, building long-term business relationships to fill roles with qualified candidates. You will primarily support our Supply Chain function, filling hourly roles at the manufacturing site. You will work with leaders to understand team goals, assess hiring needs and manage searches through the full recruiting lifecycle.

You will create candidate pipelines to identify talent and accelerate the hiring process. We also offer you opportunities to develop skills, work on strategic projects and innovate how we attract and recruit new team members.

How You'll Make An Impact:

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing and attraction to hireDevelop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing and use of our CRM and ATSConduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills along with experiencePartner with HR business partners to present offers to both internal and external candidatesProvide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-throughConsult and develop relationships with Hiring Managers and HR business partners through strategy meetings, status updates and moments that matterIdentify opportunities to further enhance the candidate experience

Ingredients For Your Success:

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years professional recruiting experience or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years professional recruiting experienceExperience working in a manufacturing facility and recruiting for production related rolesExperience using applicant tracking systems and CRMsExperience developing long-term relationships with Hiring Managers and candidatesComfort using data to help guide recruitment decisionsAbility to work flexible hours including nights, evenings, and weekends based on business needs

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
