Join a reputed Tier 2 law firm in Mumbai as part of its Real Estate practice. This role involves title due diligence, drafting and negotiating real estate documentation (including lease deeds, conveyance deeds, and development agreements), and advising clients on real estate transactions, RERA compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements

LL.B. from a recognized university

1–3 years of experience (internships in real estate will be a plus)

Strong research, drafting, and document review skills

Interest in property law, land due diligence, and regulatory work

Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
